We're excited to announce 15 new fitness offerings, including more level 3 (our most challenging) classes! Take a chance and try zumba, the latest dance-oriented work out sure to get your heart pumping and rhythm flowing. Sway your hips like never before in our belly dancing class. Other new (and FUN!) classes include tai chi, water boot camp, cardio fusion, yoga, plyometrics, and much more!
AND, on top of all that, we’re courting anyone with a sense of adventure by offering weekend excursions! These outings will definitely be a highlight to any visit. Examples include kayaking, zip lining, trail bike riding, bowling, rock climbing, and more!
