John has over 26 years of experience creating delicious and nutritious cuisine. He provides menu recipes and works with the nutrition staff to offer balanced and satisfying meals to guests at Structure House. John enjoys teaching hands-on cooking classes with guests, giving them the culinary skills and confidence to cook healthy meals at home. He also works to make the dining experience at Structure House a pleasant and enjoyable one. John earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Davis, and completed the Chef Certification program at the California Culinary Academy. He has been with Structure House as the Executive Chef for the past 18 years.
