Keegan White is a life and mindset coach, yoga teacher trainer, and speaker. Combining her experience in long term recovery from drugs and alcohol and training in mindfulness, meditation, and mindset, she is an expert on shifting the inner dialogue, reprogramming the brain, and overall well-being.
With over fourteen years of experience coaching people to break through habits, patterns, and limiting beliefs, she has helped countless individuals let go of the habits that are keeping them stuck so that they can enjoy their lives. Keegan teaches classes on stopping self-sabotage, creating new habits through brain-based evidence, and stress management techniques.
