Matt Smolecki, MBA, MS, XCC
Matt Smolecki joined the Structure House team in April 2022. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army having served over 20 years in numerous positions culminating as a Captain with the Criminal Investigation Battalion at Fort Bragg, NC. Since transitioning into the private sector, Matt worked for Wal-Mart, Amazon.com, General Motors, Sprint-Nextel, Toyota Manufacturing, and Securitas in operations and training roles.
Matt earned his MBA from Capella University and MS from Webster University, and completed all coursework towards his Doctorate. He is a certified member of the John Maxwell Leadership Team as a Coach, Speaker, and Trainer, and is certified as an Executive Coach through Assenter Coaching, LLC. Matt presents behavioral classes on communication skill and interpersonal relationships, and has completed training in science and practice-based mindfulness.
He volunteer coach’s students participating in the Caldwell Fellowship program at NC State University and with the Honor Foundation, a non-profit organization assisting Special Operators from all branches of the service transition into the civilian workforce. Matt is also currently undergoing training in Sudarshan Kriya Yoga (SKY) Breathing techniques
