Structure House is excited to offer a new Weekend Intensive designed to jump-start or reboot your wellness journey during a 3-day immersive experience that will help you find a lasting approach to weight management through healthy living.
This condensed and powerful program is delivered in the form of a luxury weekend getaway, offering the ideal setting in which you can step away from the stressors of everyday life. Here at Structure House, you can focus on your journey to wellness and achieving a healthier and more vibrant life.
Our program emphasizes the psychology of eating and weight, placing a focus on lifestyle change and healthy weight loss through science-based behavioral principles. Recognizing that making any type of change can be challenging, we incorporate a safe, sustainable, and scientifically sound approach to helping you develop healthy eating habits and establish appropriate exercise regimens.
During this weekend getaway, you will have access to a wide array of activities, all of which are delivered by our multidisciplinary team of professionals with expertise in nutrition, exercise, weight loss, and behavioral health. These activities and classes include:
- Structure House Philosophy & Getting Started on a new path to health and weight loss
- Essential Behavioral Tools and Strategies
- Nutritional Guidance for health-supportive eating at home
- Fun and effective fitness classes, such as Tabata, Zumba, Water Circuit, Stretch and Tone, and many others – all of which are modifiable to accommodate for individual fitness levels and abilities
- Guided morning Trail walks
- Meditation and Yoga
- Cultivating a healthier relationship with food through Trigger Awareness, Self-Compassion, and Mindfulness-Based Eating
- Fitness lectures for designing effective, efficient, and enjoyable workouts
- Individual Consultations in nutrition, psychology, and fitness (personal training)
Our rate is $1800 and includes delicious healthy meals prepared by our Executive Chef and culinary team (from dinner at Wednesday check-in to breakfast at Sunday check-out), all group classes, individual sessions, unlimited access to heated indoor and outdoor pools, use of our newly renovated fitness center, and four nights of luxury accommodations in our newly renovated suites.
