This innovative opportunity is designed to promote healthy habits and encourage you to increase your activity level. Benefits include accountability coaching, online support services, and connections with a community of others who are working toward similar successes.
The Spring Forward program consists of two phases:
- April 1-27: Four weeks of at-home activities, accountability coaching, and online support
- April 28-May 11: Optional one- or two-week stay at Structure House, with special activities and discounts for Spring Forward participants
The Spring Forward program is open to all Structure House alumni. If you’ve ever taken part in any Structure House programming before, you’re eligible to participate!
Registration for the Spring Forward program is currently underway. We’ll be accepting enrollment requests through March 29.
The fee for this program is $150. This one-time payment gets you access to all the at-home services (including personal accountability coaching and our online forum).
If you book a stay at Structure House for the week of April 28 or May 5, your Spring Forward registration fee will be applied to that stay along with an additional 20% discount!
Each Spring Forward participant will be paired with a Structure House professional who will serve as their accountability coach. Participating professionals from Structure House include therapists, fitness instructors, nutritional experts, and members of our nursing staff.
Once you’re officially enrolled in the program, you’ll be contacted by your accountability coach to plan your weekly contacts. You may choose to interact with your accountability coach via emails or phone calls.
- If you select the phone consultation option, you will have a 10-minute weekly phone call with your coach, scheduled at the day and time that’s best for you.
- If you would prefer to communicate via email, you can make the necessary arrangements for these weekly messages during your initial contact with your accountability coach.
Starting April 1, you’ll begin to measure your daily steps, with a goal of increasing your step totals by 10% each week. If mobility is an issue for you, your coach can provide you with modified activities so you can fully engage in the Spring Forward program.
In addition to your at-home activities and weekly check-ins with your accountability coach, you’ll also have access to a private online community forum that we’re designing for the exclusive use of Spring Forward participants. Features of this forum will include video tutorials, motivational messages, and the opportunity to connect with Structure House professionals and other Spring Forward participants throughout the United States.
During the week of April 28, we’ll be hosting guided walks on and around the Structure House campus in Durham, NC. On Friday, May 3, we’ll host the first annual Spring Forward walk.
There will be three route options for this walk, so all participants will have the opportunity to select the path that’s best for them. At the end of the day, every person who takes part will receive a commemorative t-shirt.
The following week will feature a variety of special classes for Spring Forward participants. The instructional schedule will include relaxation, recovery, yoga, and stretching classes.
As an added bonus, as a Spring Forward participant, you’ll also receive a 25% discount on all massage services during the second week (May 5-11).
