Over the years, I’ve probably lost about 400 pounds. At this point in my life, I feel comfortable saying that I’m an expert when it comes to losing weight. Unfortunately, I haven’t yet mastered what it takes to keep the weight off.
During a recent weeklong stay at Structure House, I learned a lot about what I can do to finally end the cycle of losing weight and then gaining it all back again.
Structure House is helping me understand that dieting isn’t the answer. The challenge I’m facing is about so much more than calories and exercise. It’s about creating sustainable positive habits and avoiding self-sabotage.
